- Born to Charles Shepard and Hannah Galven, she had a happy childhood living in a middle class home. Her mother elft her father when she was nine years old, and disappeared without a trace, Juliette has not seen from her since. Her father died shortly after her twelfth birthday, and she was sent to live with her paternal grandparents Mitchell and Lillian Shepard. They lived in a shady part of town, where gang fights broke out constantly. One day on her way home from school, approximately six months after she moved in with with her grandparents, she was kidnapped by a gang on her way home from school. She was stripped of her name and given a number, a tactic used by the higher members to force a sense of loyalty to the gang. While in the gang she committed; theft, murder, forgery, arson and assault.
